Reservations -- General Rules
Reservations: We require a 2-night minimum for all reservations except holidays when 3 nights are required. A one-night deposit is required for each unit reserved. VISA or MasterCard may be used. The deposit is required 2 weeks from the date reservations are made. A confirmation will be sent when the deposit has been received.
Holiday Reservations: We require a one-night deposit for each unit reserved. Weekend rates apply. The deposit is the base rate and does not include tax or the charge for extra guests, which must be paid before you check out.
Cancellations: 80% of your cash deposit or 80% of your credit card deposit will be returned if we are notified at least 14 days prior to the arrival date. The deposit will be forfeited if the guest arrives after the date specified or departs before the final date of the reservation.
Weekend Rates: Includes Friday and Saturday during the summer, 2 night minimum.
Mid-Week Rates: Sunday-Thursday (unless holiday)
Children are counted and pay as regular guests.
Extra guests: Over the base number will be charged $5 each. Each cabin has a guest limit. Our resort facilities are for use by registered guests only.
A Meeting Fee of $50 will be charged for gathering of additional person that come to your cabin -- day or night.
Holidays -- Memorial Day, 4th of July & Labor Day -- 3 night minimum. Weekend rates apply. No discounts.
No pets please! If found on premises, $25 per night will be added to room.
